A lot of times in micro-services, performance issues are making many/slow I/O calls, and that doesn't really show up on a CPU-based profile. I.e. "this request took 10 seconds but only 100ms-or-less of CPU time"...

Adding support for this feature might be tricky on some platforms, but I agree, it is important to be able to look at both.
