Since we're talking in absolute terms, you're basically saying all education acquired outside of the US is questionable. If you look at the world ranking of universities top 100, you'll see a number of foreign universities on par with Ivies.

Even just considering the top 100 is misleading, unless you only want to talk about Americans and foreign workers that are "top 100 material".
