Thanks for pointing that out. Yes, it's hard to believe that someone with so much education (degrees in Statistics, Atmospheric Science, Meteorology, and Math) and so much professional experience (University Professor, Wall Street Quant, National Weather Service, US Air Force) would get that completely wrong.
