Sure, the NSA probably index searches on DDG. Of course.
Well the searches are encrypted so the nsa should have access to the servers themselves right? I dont now if DDG provides forward secrecy though..

We are talking about the same (or a sister) organization that created the viruses in Iran and the Middle East. Civilian search companies aren't as high on the agenda as rouge states' nuclear weapon programs, but still.
