It seems starting around November 1, a breaking change occurred at YouTube, breaking in-app embedded video played through the built-in web view in mobile apps. It seems to be a Priority 2 issue, and many apps appear to be affected. If you're affected, chime in and offer examples to help Google fix the issue.
