Is anyone familiar with Katalyst Space? I don't see a Wikipedia page. Their own page doesn't seem to mention any actual (vs. future) operations in space. And the NASA article mentions that the contract is under a program for startups and small companies.

Especially with the Swift Observatory being 20 years old, and 1 gyroscope failure away from totally unusable - this seems more like a job for Jared Isaacman and a Dragon kitted for EVA.
