For the thousandth time - yes objective reality exists, but this is a terrible idea because the core problem becomes; who gets to decide what objective reality is? And no, I'm not kidding. Some things seem obvious, but people tend to forget obvious things, especially during periods of mass psychosis.
I can tell you one thing: If Nazis have full rights and privileges, you will eventually end up in a world where the answer to "who gets to decide what objective reality is?" is "The Nazis". And they will not care that you think censorship is a bad idea.
I think that's a gullible worldview to demand when nearly every actual member of the Third Reich is dead or dying in 2025. You're kinda just profiling people to virtue signal, instead of letting their actions speak for themselves. Putin uses the same rhetoric to justify annexing Ukraine.
People don't like to hear this, but the majority of self-described "fascists" I've met in my life grew up. Their stupid worldview stemmed from a place of dissatisfaction, delusion, or a desire to get a reaction out of people. When you attack them outright, you feed into their fantasy that they're persecuted instead of just mentally ill.
They'll use the internet regardless, you never got to choose that for them. Hence, the problem.
Plus, you're still not looking at the shoe on the other foot. What happens to your witch-hunt when people justify annexing Crimea or Ukraine "because Nazism" and ridicule you for demanding patience? Do you honestly think the popular movement can tell the difference between right and wrong when propaganda is afoot?
Well they're lying, because Ukraine isn't Nazi Germany. Objective reality exists.
Are you worried that lies will be too effective? Right now we live in an information ecosystem where lies outnumber truth, and additional lies are quite effective by building on that base of existing lies. If truth were to vastly outnumber lies, I think it'd work as inoculation.
