Our state implemented a regulatory report website. It took 10 minutes to file a quarterly report thats basically 5 screens and 3 check boxes.

I emailed IT About it and they replied "try restarting your machine"

I then produced a video of the process for them.

I am 99.9% certain its just a poorly written SQL query, but no one responsible knows where that code is.
