Almost certainly not. Remember this happens about every 1½ years, so this has happened a few times recently. I cannot see how you could take advantage of it, since it's the sort of edge case that you'd presume the designers of stock markets would know about.

SSL certs issued at :60 may have problem with validation. Just reissue them.
