The other big news item is the fact a former Stride dev is making the editor cross-platform by using porting the WPF code to Avalonia.

why would you call them a former dev if they are actively contributing huge features ?


The article itself refers to them as a former Stride developer.


"Feature: Add Support for F# and VB Project Types: Stride now welcomes developers using F# and Visual Basic, offering support for code-only projects in these languages."

This could tempt me into trying it out. The F# support, that is, not Visual Basic.


Ooh, that's nice and interesting. Will have to re-check out Stride then.
