Pretty good list! Sadly, knowing what to do and doing it are two different things, which is why there’s a market for self help books.


Easier said than done, but almost everything is.

Still, I think there's some utility for self-help stuff. If you spend 30 minutes reading about how to be more effective, if the book is good, it can actually affect behavior, at least in the short term.


"Take one small step."

Ignore problem and take small step of buying a book about the problem. Now you have to read the book to get back up to facing the problem. ;)
