Obviously this will be overturned on the basis of the first amendment but depending on how long that takes there might be a time where Apple and Google need to block the apps. Okay they can do this by IP address but a VPN gets around that. What next? Would Montana expect the App Store to force GPS location for everyone just to enforce this law in Montana. Seems unlikely.
