I have seen stories about the erosion of the Mac experience ever since multi-finder.

If all are to be taken at face value, the Mac ceased to exist-- eroded into nothingness, somewhere around 2004.

Like how every release of iOS is "less snappy" than the last. It now must be so slow it actually travels backwards in time.
