There is a schtick in the long con, which is "I told you up front it was a con, why are you acting so surprised" -The basic premise is, be honest you're grifting and there is SOMEBODY out there, who is willing to hand over their money.

From a cursory read (and I did read, this is not just headline trolling) thats the space he's in: he knows Crypto is a game, it's ponzi, its a machine to part the naieve and their money, and he's STILL doing it.

Maybe it really is educational: some people learn by losing.
