Why am I not surprised?
This is a pretty good article. I started out thinking "this guy's against providing things for free and then charging for it later!" But he's not. His "wolf" examples really are wolves.
It's not a regulated security, so why not? According to the big book of crypto lore, government regulations designed to protect people from fraud are inherently evil.
