I've been in the field for 8+ years now but interviewing for technical positions is hard and I've never seen a company really get it right. How do you have high standards without a ton of false negatives? How do you avoid reductive coding exercises without selecting for charming incompetence? Genuinely asking, are there any good resources on this?
