We’re still on Laserdisc here, the picture still looks amazing and you can avoid the heavy handed noise reduction and color grading they do these days to everything. I rarely use my DVD player, and don’t own a Blu-Ray player.
If they didn’t muck up the colors so badly these days Blu-Ray might hold some appeal for me but in case I feel I’m missing the remasters I can just crank up the greenish blue on my TV.
