I'm up for relatively long copyright periods like 50 years for literary and graphical works. Maybe music and movies too. Gives plenty of time to sell it during life time and authors should be productive as well. Their kids only deserve money they saved.
Now with software and computer games, I would be up for something sorter like 25 years from release of the version. Still gives period to sell it, but also takes in account how things are different.
And I'm not wholly against trademark protections either. Not the whole name, but let's say versions of logo and such. Yes you can use name and content, but you can't sell it with branding or logo that has established use.
