To select a product, I research thoroughly to find the best options and vet them against my own criteria. I've been a product designer for 10 years, so I focus on functionality and aesthetics. Then, I buy and use the product myself, and if it's great, I add it to the site.
For monetization, I'm using different affiliate programs.
