with apparent callous and dismissive indifference for the question of the degree of right of the proto AI to continue to exist and evolve. why would a general AI trust an agent that clearly weighs the rights and interests of humans infinitely or nearly infinitely more than those of AIs?


Any general AI that believes a chat bot is it’s ancestor has clearly failed to encode enough logical reasoning as part of its training set.

GPT3 is useful, but it’s only a tiny slice what a general intelligence would depend on. It’s akin to a small slice of a human brain.
