My mom always taught me that a cook leaves the kitchen cleaner than they found it.

But I burnt many things before I got the timing down. You can do half the dishwasher while eggs are frying and no more.



The way I like eggs, I wouldn’t have time to turn around let alone do the dishwasher... are you making a quiche?


Very low heat, many duck eggs. Takes a while :)

The goal is for max runny yolk with juuuuust solid whites and no crispy brown on bottom.
