Like many here, first thought was “why can’t you clone the drive?”. Apparently, not just a regular drive, it’s a USB stick: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IronKey

Though if it’s $220M worth on there, I bet you could pay Kingston $100M to figure out a way to image it.
