Would print out, stick in a large envelope, and drop in the mail work? If so, I think there are already a fair number of services that do that. And, I think it used to be a service of Compuserve or Prodigy or one of the early services; you just need a small office near major USPS hubs and you can probably get most printouts in a day or two.
