Honestly if you're driving even somewhat regularly I'd highly recommend stopping that immediately and getting this completely figured out.

I don't even mean "well I think I know now how to tell when it's coming on and if I should pull over." I mean get it diagnosed, whatever.

I'm not sure how someone who knows they have this issue feels the least bit okay with going out on a road in a 1+ ton car.
