I'll note dang's quite responsive. Doesn't always agree with concerns (though frequently does). Virtually always responds.

My own emails are typically brief:

Subject: Title <current title>

Body:

<HN link>

Suggested title: <text>

Possibly a brief rationale (source, often subtitle, text, or HTML <title> attribute.)
