Learning I don't mind much. Actually enjoy it. Required training is a huge pain. We're suppose to do our normal job duties along with the required training. The training required by my company isn't connected to our customers so it sort of looks bad when we're at our location and the customer sees us doing something weird. Worse yet is when both the customer and our company require the same training so we end up doing the exact same training twice from two different training companies.

Yeah not gonna lie my job is lousy compared to most people here.
