My mistake, I was referring to Adobe Edge Animate, which was sunset in 2015. Animate CC is still around and kicking. Unfortunately, it renders to HTML5 Canvas, which is bitmap-based and thus unreadable by screen readers. Hype is a better option as it renders to SVG.
