Works just fine for me. Loads in 2 seconds, zooms instantly. Maybe something wrong with your computer or Internet?

No problem with Firefox (66.0.3) here. Zooming into the image makes my FF use about an additional 1G of ram.

works fine on my 4yo desktop, so I checked it on my 2010 laptop. The webprocess on the laptop is using 1 gig RES ram, but it's not 2004 any more.
