That'd likely be seen as an overreach now, but twenty years from now we may wish we'd done that.
In the meantime, making them only visible to an approved list of friends/family seems like a reasonable step for video of or published by minors. Maybe you put together a "child actor" exemption where they parents can moderate it for public access.
