Have interviewed a bunch of bootcampers. Goal is to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Without fail, they lack the fundamental knowledge needed to excel. Not because the classes or assignments are bad, but because there is so much hard-earned experience and "instinct" that only comes with time in front of a keyboard.
