I canceled my service and they continued to bill me for a monthly service I had asked to be canceled even when I was threatening legal action.

I had to go to my bank and report them for fraudulent charges so that the next however many charges wouldn't count against me.

Stopped paying for it like I told them I didn't require their services any more because I needed that money to pay my mortgage if that wasn't clear.
