There were times when .NET was the new and shiny (it arguably still is with the recent open-sourcing and stuff going on in F#). I wonder if it was back then when the author started to use it :)
Nice. I remember when I was begging my manager to switch from our classic ASP/JScript/MS SQL/Java Applet stack to .NET and he refused saying that it was not mature enough. Good Times.
