100% to EFF because they specialize in issues important to me more than ACLU, which has a broader mandate, and because EFF's budget is about 10% of ACLU's.

The ACLU does a lot of important work but goes far beyond tech. You should take a closer look at the ACLU to look at what else they do and how you feel about that.

What about 33% ACLU, 33% EFF and 33% Open Whisper Systems?

Also curious as to the opinions of others here. (Although I have considerably less money.)
