It's a self-selecting group, of course... but we're all happy with it! We've also gotten a lot of good feedback from people we've interviewed, since it's not often interviews feel encouraging rather than adversarial.
This is such a good quetsion. Self-paced learning has a awful retention rate. I would love to learn to code but it's really difficult to find the motivation to do it after a full day of work.
