Challenge Accepted. -- Couple app team W12 :)

Pair App, by TenthBit. (San Francisco)

Hey guys, we're looking to hire a full-time:

- iOS developer

- Android developer

- Web developer

If you don't know what Pair is, it's a messaging app for couples. At this point we're processing 700k messages a day between couples and and have some awesome new ideas we're working on. Drop us a line if you're interested. We're open to relocating people to the Bay Area to keep the team in the same place.

Check out http://tenthbit.com/jobs for details, or send us a message directly to jobs@tenthbit.com for web developer positions.

You can also send me an email directly to oleg(at)tenthbit.com

Congratulations to the whole bufferbox team. Waterloo ftw.

Funny enough, someone requested an API to set up a script to message their girlfriend. lol.

I'm actually doing that with the Instagram API to send her pictures of puppies. This may be more common than you think!

Haha, what can we say, we're just that flexible. ;)

Hey Tawheed, I'm about to be in exactly the same situation. I've been dreaming of being able to have only my startup to focus on for so long, having just graduated I thought after Christmas it would be here. Everyone keeps telling me time away is important, but I haven't really learned to take it. I worry about burning my team out as well. Thanks for sharing. We'll see if I come to the same conclusions.

You've been using which?

Maide.

I don't have the final assets with me, but here's an old image of the help menu: http://imgur.com/yWzI4,h5cwO

And the ui: http://imgur.com/yWzI4,h5cwO#1

The ui is pretty simple for now. Gyro controls orbit, one finger controls pan, and zoom is on a scroll on the side. A lot of this is ported over from the iPad version.

Done, thanks for the suggestion. Ps, check out the latest one: http://blog.maideinc.com/iphoneipod-touch-multi-touch-cad-re...

Thanks for the feedback, we worked really hard on making the movement very smooth. Everyone's been giving us awesome responses so far. What 3D programs are on the top of your list?

I rarely do 3D modelling, so admittedly the applications I'd like supported are probably outside your initial target market, but here's the top three I want to pair Maide with:

- Apple Motion

- Unity

- Google Earth (I realize there's an iPad version and it's awesome, but Google Earth + projector + Maide would be incredible)

Blender please sir!

I mainly use TurboCAD and Altium Designer, would love to use your program with these. Looks like really neat software, great work!

What about Maya or Modo support? is it something you are planning to support?

Definitely Blender, please! This looks great.
