I've never seen this. I wish there was an easy way to recreate this, without almost getting scammed or abusing the Ebay system.

You're right, it's tough to recreate. I thought about filing a bug report with eBay. Steps to reproduce:

- List a high-dollar item like a computer with an artificially high buy it now price.

- Allow any type of buyer.

- Wait until it's bought and you get the first scam correspondence.

- File a non-paying buyer report.

- Wait 2 months.

- Call eBay to request a credit.

No programmers have signed up yet. :/

I also like looking at sites which are build with Wordpress, and are not just sites based on content, but also on functionalities.

I find that when you are developing an open source application, its rude to not comment your code. Its the least you can do to help any other developers willing to work on your project. I feel like its more inviting as well.

I'd suggest that you help your fellow developers more by writing code that needs fewer comments to make it understandable.

However, I agree that what you say is certainly true of APIs.
