Have you found some way to improve it? Happy to pay for a solution.

It’s quite interesting how we are used to our mobile phone keyboards “AI” helping us to type better. Would love to learn more about how that prediction works. I remember my old 2010 HTC phone to be really hard, meanwhile in 2025 it feels like i can type anything without thinking.

Heavy and happy early user of June here.

I’m also a heavy user of Amplitude and I see how June solves many of my common use cases in a more usable way.

Probably for me it doesn’t make a huge difference, and I still do deep analysis at my dwh or amplitude. But for the rest of the org, that is less data oriented, I found that June increases their data driven mindset just by making it easier to understand and use.

That’s what good UX is for.

What do you mean?

Short version: we had a conversion funnel for one of our purchase funnel which was wrong because of bad data. The mistake was a developer error.

Hi! We at Trackingplan.com (YC W22) do this. It's just an snippet you put in your site (you can install it using google tag manager) and automatically documents and monitors all your integrations schema and traffic wise.

It's a different approach than Metaplane, which we are actually evaluating for our dwh and backends monitoring. Trackingplan is more about creating trust on the data collection side of the problem.

Drop me a line, josele (at) trackingplan (dot) com if you want to know more!

This reminds me about one of the topics that has been bothering me along my career as a technical pm: when is the diverge part of the design process is finished? per my experience, many orgs underestimate the benefits of “people thinking” and overestimate the benefits of being able to forecast when the solution will be available. And this, imho, is key when talking about startups vs corps... corps worry about the process because they can afford a subpar (8m) solution.

Ofc i’m being pedantic here and things are always more complex but... I have one question. How do you say in a safe way: We need more time because I FEEL that maybe, there is a 2$ solution for this problem.

Agree with you there. I have seen so many times that people leave meetings without understanding what was concluded and what to do next. I try to be the person that ask questions if I don't understand what is agreed upon or if I "feel" that others don't understand. In the startup I'm in right now we try to build a culture where asking questions and taking a moment to think and talk if someone "feels" something is off is appreciated.

We have been hunted on PH :)

Feel free to comment there too.

Thanks!

For the data api we plan to stay free for a while and then charge new users with a low per subscrition fee to indie devs and have a plan for big data consumers.

Offtopic: how much would you have payed for the Hooks app? Just from the top of your mind.

Would love to hear more about Terraflow! Drop me a line at jose at gethooksapp.com :)

Thanks! Yes, we are :). What use case do you have in mind?
