Anilist let's you switch your rating system. You can do 5 stars, 10 points, 100 points or a simple 3 points reprrsented with emojis. I quite like the idea, although I think it makes it a little more complicated to calculate ratings for all people.

You could do a simple weighting, probably adjusting for sample distributions.

Count me in. I was doing the advent of code and tried to solve one problem with a tree that had parent references. Much thinking was done trying to please the borrow checker with no results, add some inner mutability and I got stucked.

I agree that it should be more prominent in some place. I got most of my info about that in StackOverflow and I tried using a hashmap to simulate the tree structure, but I don't think I finished that one.

The GCC version in Ubuntu 18.04 is too old. I had the same problem, I just installed clang, updated the default c++ and it worked. There is an issue in the repo about that.

You can download a java app which generates the key pair taking mouse movement as entropy and then you to go to a SAT(IRS equivalent) office with the key in a USB drive, they take your biometrics and save the public key to your profile. However, as most people only bring the USB drive, they usually create the key pair in the in the office. If your key is compromised or lost, you have to go to the office and they change it in very much the same way.

It's a somewhat tedious process, but if you keep the key safe, which they very much advice, most of the procedures, including tax fillings, are pretty easy and fast.
