How about timeboxing 15 minutes a day for body maintenance? Start out just reading some articles, then watching videos, then try out your first stretch, feel sore the next day, take a week off, then try out a different stretch routine, then progress, then increase your time per day because you see improvement, and one day, out of the blue, you're squatting. What do you think?

It so happens that I was interested in increasing my flexibility anyway. So yeah, I'll definitely look into this.

Agreed, I have no idea where my vaccine records are from 10+ years ago.

And often lots of time and energy is wasted (on patients and doctors) onto restoring context. I can see that when they access your file on their computer. 5 minutes of catching up, with potential errors or mistakes.

What is the next move?

Masha Gessen's outstanding piece from November is holding up pretty well: http://www.nybooks.com/daily/2016/11/10/trump-election-autoc...

"The national press is likely to be among the first institutional victims of Trumpism. There is no law that requires the presidential administration to hold daily briefings, none that guarantees media access to the White House. Many journalists may soon face a dilemma long familiar to those of us who have worked under autocracies: fall in line or forfeit access."

I don't see anything about next moves in either. The only thing I could get from the first one is that Trump will produce a lot of bullshit. That's not exactly next move, he's doing it for years now. The second one mostly devoted to mocking Trump's first press-conference, still no next moves.

The linked piece says much more than that, of course.

More words, same content.

Sunblock?

Sure! That's why I don't get brunt everyday I'm outside between April and September.

There's some tricky failure modes to sunscreen though, and inevitably you'll find one of those failures if you expose yourself to dozen of chances for it to happen.

The absolute best sunblock is physical long sleeves, wide brim hat, tree covering.

Would you say they're the Greatest Of All Time? ;)

Anyone doing serious training should check out DC Rainmaker's take: http://www.dcrainmaker.com/2016/05/initial-thoughts-on-pebbl...

The majority of bootcampers already have an undergraduate degree and years of life experience - enough to drive them to take on more debt and change careers. Pretty sure this is the harder "real world" path to an entry-level coding job.

Then it isn't really a bootcamp vs college discussion, is it?

Agreed, the author should have specified undergrad CS degree.

But now we know it's Person A, Person B, etc. and not just "the rich"

Select Edition. We've moved to car models. CE, LE, XLE, and LX are next.
