I’m a senior-level Database Reliability (DBRE) and Platform Engineer with deep experience across AWS RDS (Aurora MySQL and PostgreSQL), Kafka, Redshift, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD and observability tooling. I’ve supported high-traffic production environments in gaming, retail and subscription video on demand (SVOD), reduced annual cloud costs by more than $1M, built near zero-downtime database migration pipelines and led large multi-node upgrade and reliability efforts.

I’m happiest in roles where I can stay hands-on while helping shape the technical approach for data and infrastructure. My focus is building reliable, scalable data platforms and solving the performance and infrastructure challenges that show up in real production systems. I’m looking for opportunities in DBRE, platform engineering or cloud database architecture where I can contribute quickly, especially in areas like observability and performance. I’m open to both full-time and contract roles.
