Colemak is objectively decent !

Edit your llm generated comment or at least make it output in a less annoying llm tone. It wastes our time.

graphene has said only flagships at first, but eventually they hope to end up on lower tier devices.

Looks like I might have to wait for sometime then but still I am pretty excited about it yea!

The future is now (or 2027)! 4" screen and hardware keyboard and graphene!

I cannot overstate my excitement.

Unlocked baotloaders are mandatory to install graphene, but so is the ability to re-lock the bootloader.

Not if it comes preinstalled though. Isn't that the point of the partnership?

Doesn't seem to be, announcement only talks about GrapheneOS compatibility.

I think they recently finished reimplementing the swipe library so now it no longer requires blobs.

Sounds more like "recently started", https://github.com/Helium314/HeliBoard/issues/2226

The coolest hacker-esque Pokémon ROM I've seen is InfiniteFusion [1]. Let's you combine Pokémon into original "fusions", in other words, there are over 200,000 Pokémon. Impressively well done and very fun with lots of user accessible settings like difficulty and degree of randomness. For example, this is the sprite you see in game if you have Blastizard aka Blastoise/Charizard fusion: https://www.fusiondex.org/blastoise+charizard/

Unfortunately many Motorola phones (even flagship) do NOT do video out.

the MOTOROLA ATRIX [1] paired with its Ubuntu lapdock [2] ... from 15 years ago (2011) would like to disagree!

Countering "most Motorola phones don't support video out" by going back a decade and a half to find a single example is not the argument-ending line you seem to think it is

Chill dude, I think they were being a little glib

Its frustrating that some motorola flagships dont do video out

Exactly the catch I mentioned. This should be present by default on any model, especially that under the brand of Lenovo (also partialy by Motorola, as I understand) they sell ~250 phones meant for business while specifically targeting that functionality (with matching monitors, I think they can do some sort of monitor buil-in webcam sharing, even).

Several phones downgraded in this regard, even going to usb2.0, like Fairphone :/
